Shipping, returns & care
Production time
All Studio Bean jewelry is handmade to order in the Seattle studio. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships.
I always aim to finish sooner.
Shipping
Once your piece is complete it ships via FedEx Priority Express, USPS or DHL Express.
United States — 3–5 business days after shipping.
International — not available yet. I’m working on it!
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, please consider your purchase carefully. If there are any issues with your purchase please email your order number and to nicole@studiobean.co. If you receive the correct item but aren’t happy with it, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Returns only accepted if confirmed by Nicole.
Items must be unworn and undamaged. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, please use an insured carrier and include a note with your contact details.

Resizing
If your ring arrives in the size you ordered but fits a little tight or loose, resizing is available for $40. Depending on the design, this may mean adjusting the band or casting a new piece. The customer is responsible for getting the ring back to the studio.
Orders placed in the wrong size are subject to the resizing policy. Resizing isn’t available for stockist purchases or orders shipped outside the US.

Care
Your piece wants to be worn. The natural oils in your skin help keep silver bright. When you’re not wearing it, store it in an airtight container away from moisture and sunlight.
For light cleaning, use the polishing cloth included with every order. For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap, scrub gently with a soft brush (I use an old toothbrush), rinse and dry completely.
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or cleaning, and keep it away from chlorine, perfume, hairspray and lotion.
Metals
We can cast in sterling silver, 10k, 14k, 18k, 22k yellow and white gold and platinum.
